Our heat went out yesterday (Saturday), Tim responded and arrived within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, left to buy the part (new circuit board) and installed it all in about an hour! He explained the problem and solution! He charged a fair price and never tried to gauge us for coming out on the weekend. Based on our experience with him, we highly recommend him.

Tim was able to fit me in his schedule within a few days. He replaced my furnace and ac. He did a great job for a very reasonable price. He is quite knowledgeable about his profession, and I would definitely recommend him.

I hired Tim to install central air in our home. His prices were very reasonable and he was able to answer all of my questions about the job. He was very professional and friendly, and cleaned up everything after he was done. I am extremely happy with the job he did and would recommend him to anyone!

Tim did a great job on our central air replacement. He was on time, on budget and was done with the work in a few hours. He noticed some other maintenance related items during the install gave us feedback on how to better maintain the whole system.

Our AC decided to stop working over what became a warm weekend, and I submitted a few requests on Thumbtack. The first response was by Express Heating & Cooling, and the owner quickly agreed to a Monday morning visit. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it immediately, and then provided us some pointers on how to perform some maintenance outside routine visits. What made this experience the best? He was up front about the cost to visit; up front what possible costs to fix; and then the final price was extremely reasonable. We will definitely use Express again... Very pleased.
